October has been a great month for the team with a host of winners starting off with Holy Reign winning at Newcastle on the 3.10 followed by Oxford Tycoon scoring a fantastic first-up win in the 70k Port Macquarie Sprint!
Atherton chalked up his 2nd win this preparation with an easy win at Newcastle on the 13th of October then came the weekend of the 17th where the team were able to celebrate a huge success with stable star Trumbull scoring an exciting win in the 500k and G3 Sydney stakes with Tommy Berry aboard on Saturday at Randwick – Everest Day!
To top off a great couple of days Great News continued her winning ways with a tenacious first-up win in the BM 68 over 1200m at Newcastle on Saturday whilst Belle De Vega was able to turn around a disappointing run last start with a last to first win at Muswellbrook on Monday!
