Following a forget he went around run on a bottomless heavy track at Wyong 2nd-up, it was awesome to see Sir Godric bounce back on the good surface at Kembla on Thursday, coming from well-back to fly down the extreme outside to win with Rory Hutchings aboard at the juicy odds of 25-1!
The Lightly raced 3yo son of Dundeel with 2 wins & 1 2nd from 8 starts looks certain to relish the longer trips and will step up to either 1800m or 2000m next time out.
