Oxford Bella and City of Love will be hoping to break their maiden tags when they compete in suitable 1200m and 1400m maidens at Newcastle on Friday.
Oxford Bella resumed with a 4th finish at Hawkesbury after settling way out of her ground early in the race so hopefully from barrier 5 over 1200m we can see her settle a bit closer in the run with Jason Collett aboard.
City of Love resumes from a break with one barrier trial under her belt and should be well suited over the 1400m journey with Jason Collett also aboard.
