When Holy Reign drew a tricky wide gate on Saturday at Kembla Grange the stable had to make a decision whether to run or wait for another day.  Luckily the decision was to run and despite giving his opposition a decent start the handsome son of Manhattan Rain was able to overcome adversity to storm home down the extreme outside to win the restricted BM 68 over 1400m with 2kg claiming apprentice Brandon Griffiths aboard.

Chalking up win no 6 with 9 placings from his 29 career starts Holy Reign really has been a model of consistency for his connections and with 3 wins from 3 starts at Kembla Grange he does seem to have a real liking to the wide open spaces on the South Coast!

Congratulations to his owners and to all the team!
