The stable enjoyed a great day out at Newcastle on Tuesday capturing a winning double along with 3 placings and a close-up 4th from the 6 starters!

First starter Bethencourt vindicated his excellent barrier trial form with an all the way win on debut in the 1200m maiden with Andrew Gibbons aboard. The handsome grey son of Puissance De Lune, really toughed it out when challenged in earnest in the home straight, indicating he is a 3yo with plenty of upside and talent. Kim has elected to send the grey to the paddock for a break and we are all no doubt looking forward to his return!

The teams second winner Trajection really blew her opposition away when she came from behind the pace to score an easy victory in the BM 70 over 1400m with Andrew Gibbons once again the winning rider. The 3yo daughter of Smart Missile has won 2 from 3 this preparation and is a filly in very good form.

Succendam was forced to work pretty hard from his outside gate before holding on strongly to finish 3rd in the BM 64 over 1850m whilst City of Love ran a bottler first-up coming from 12th position on the home turn to finish a closing 3rd only beaten 1 1/2 lengths.

Congratulations to all our owners and to all the team!
