Following 5 placings and a couple of hard-luck stories it was great to see Foolish finally break his maiden at Taree on Monday with Serg Lisnyy in the saddle!
Given a freshen up by the stable and brought back to the short sprint trip of 1000m, Foolish travelled in behind the pace and once brought to the outside in the home straight he finished the race off strongly to score by 1 1/2 lengths!
Well done to all his patient owners and to all the team!
