Equiseta heads to Cessnock on Tuesday where she will run in the BM 58 over 1350m with Serg Lisnny aboard. Being 3rd up, the mare looks very well-suited off the back of a gusty last-start 2nd.
Gee Celer (pictured) has certainly had no luck with the barrier draws with the gelding drawing 13 of 14 in the BM 70 handicap over 1200m at Warwick Farm on Wednesday. He was scratched from Canterbury last week when he drew an outside barrier but with the long run in at the Farm he should be able to get some cover and track the speed. With the blinkers on for the first time and if he can get the luck from the draw he looks a super each-way chance.
