Busy day for the team at Newcastle on Saturday with 5 runners heading up the highway!
First cab off the rank is Celer (pictured) who looks very hard-to-beat in the C1 over 1400m with Andrew Gibbons in the saddle.
Next up we have two maiden performers in City of Love and Groovester. City of Love went close a couple of times last preparation in breaking her maiden but had to settle for 3 placings. She has drawn very sticky though in barrier 12 of 13 so will no doubt have to give her opposition a start in the early stages. Groovester makes his race debut following a recent second in a barrier trial.
Mo The Great looks very well-placed in the BM 70 over a mile whilst Staraday resumes in the BM 64 over 1200m.
