Spring Charlie continued his exciting winning run with another tough victory at Randwick on the Kensington track on Monday, extending his impressive race record to 5 wins from 7 starts!
Ridden once again by Kiwi apprentice Sam Weatherley the 4yo enjoyed a lovely run in behind the leaders, before being momentarily held up on straightening. Probing for a tight run between runners Spring Charlie kept edging through and under aggressive riding was able to hold a slender margin in the run to the line.
