Hussonibis once again showed how talented he is with another tough and gutsy win in the 1600m C1 handicap at Kembla Grange today!
The 3yo son of Husson didn’t jump brilliantly from his wide gate but when ridden along by his rider Andrew Gibbons he continued to make ground around the outside to eventually settle outside the leader. Just like his run and win at Newcastle on debut, Hussonibis didn’t really seem to be travelling throughout the race, but showing signs of a talented stayer he continued to dig deep all the way down the long Kembla straight to collar the leader in the final stages to make it 2 wins from 2 starts.
