Fenech travelled back to Taree today and came away with another win, making it 2 wins from 2 starts since joining the stable!
Travelling midfield with the pace very genuine up front, Fenech worked his way into the clear on straightening and finished off strongly to score win no 4 from 7 starts with Dylan Gibbons once again aboard.
As Dylan Gibbons said, the winning margin may not have been huge but Fenech is a horse that does just as much as he has to and we mustn’t forget he carried 60.5kgs today with the 2nd horse carrying 55kgs which is quite a significant weight turn around – 5.5kgs, yet he still proved too strong.
