Prince Dylan saved for Cessnock on Friday.

Brilliant last start winner Hawkesbury winner Prince Dylan has been scratched from Wyong and will be saved for Cessnock on Friday afternoon where he will lead the filed out in race 6 Wine Country Motor Inn Bm60 over 1150m.

The Dylan Thomas gelding was rewarded with his consistency with a tough all the way victory in stronger provincial grade and heads to the hunter valley circuit in a great frame of mind following his confidence win at Hawkesbury a fortnight ago. “I couldn’t be happier with Prince Dylan he has continued to please both on and off the track and I’m sure he is more than capable of continuing on his winning ways in what looks a very suitable race on paper. Prince Dylan really enjoys racing on speed and from the ideal gate the gelding should be able to get into a nice rhythm set his own tempo and will certainly be hard to run down on his current form. Prince Dylan has been allotted top weight of 61kgs he is a big horse that can and will carry weight and I have decided to engage heavy weight jockey Aaron Bullock who knows the gelding well” added Kim.
